Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily administrative operations including emails, calls, and office coordinationHandle inbound and outbound calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriatelyPerform accurate data entry and maintain records, databases, and filing systemsSchedule appointments, meetings, and interviews as requiredCoordinate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, accounts) for smooth workflowPrepare documents, reports, and correspondence as neededAssist with onboarding documentation and employee recordsMonitor office supplies and place orders when requiredFollow up with clients, candidates, and vendors via phone and emailMaintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee informationSupport management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Job Requirement
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable handling phone calls and client interactions professionally
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
