Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with proven experience in the sign industry to join there dynamic team in Brampton, ON. This full-time role is ideal for a creative professional who understands the technical and aesthetic aspects of sign design, from concept development to production-ready artwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality graphics for various signage products, including storefront signs, banners, window graphics, trade show displays, and more
- Prepare artwork for print and production, ensuring accuracy with dimensions, materials, and installation requirements
- Collaborate with the production and installation teams to ensure design feasibility and quality
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand design requirements and provide mockups/proofs
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in signage and visual design.

Experience:
- Sign Industry: 3 years (required)
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the sign industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong understanding of file preparation for large-format printing and vinyl cutting
- Ability to interpret client briefs and translate them into compelling visuals
- Familiarity with RIP software, plotters, and large-format printers is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of sign materials, substrates, and production processes is preferred
