Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations and team performance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare and present quotations to clients.
Visit customer sites to assess project requirements and take measurements.
Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure timely project completion.
Monitor project timelines and maintain high-quality standards.
Resolve customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Previous management or supervisory experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience preparing customer quotations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid G driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
Experience in the signage, printing, or manufacturing industry is an asset.
