Sign Maker/ Fabricator

OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sign Maker to join our creative team in Brampton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, producing, and installing high-quality signs that meet client specifications and company standards. This role offers an opportunity to showcase artistic talent while working in a collaborative environment dedicated to excellence in visual communication. Responsible For 1. Fabricate and assemble custom signs (channel letters, cabinet signs, vinyl graphics, banners, etc.)2. Operate production equipment such as vinyl cutters, laminators, CNC routers, and plotters3. Prepare substrates, including aluminum, acrylic, PVC, and other materials4. Apply vinyl graphics and laminations accurately.5. Assemble, install, and secure signs at designated locations following safety protocols.6. Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship.7. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards.8. Collaborate with clients or team members to make adjustments or revisions as needed.9. Assist with on-site sign installation when required

Specific SkillsTechnical Skills:1. Ability to use hand tools and power tools confidently2. Basic knowledge of electrical components for LED signs (asset)3. Experience with vinyl application and sign assembly4. Ability to use hand tools and power tools confidently5. Basic knowledge of electrical components for LED signs (asset)6. Physically capable of lifting upto 40 lbs7. Strong attention to detail and quality controlEducational Requirements  3+ years experience in sign fabrication
